Past due: Employer's Payroll Statement (EPS)

Employers, Feb. 28 was the deadline for sending us your EPS. File now. If you need help, written and video instructions are available on the WCB’s secure online platform. Sign in and submit your EPS through your WCB online account.

Grace period for late filing

The WCB will not apply late filing penalties until April 1. The WCB is providing a one‑month grace period because of recent issues preventing some employers from accessing and submitting their EPS online.

If a worker spends time in two or more provinces and their total gross wages are in excess of the WCB's maximum assessable earnings, an employer is entitled to prorate these excess wages.
