The Saskatchewan Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) serves workers and employers through a no-fault insurance system essential to the Saskatchewan economy. Funded by employers, the WCB is focused on promoting safe and healthy workplaces while facilitating compensation, recovery and return-to-work services.

The WCB’s vision is to eliminate injuries and restore abilities. This is the fundamental driver of all that we do on behalf of our customers, the workers and employers of the province. We are passionate about safety and dedicated to preventing workplace injuries and illnesses.

We work in partnership with our customers to meet evolving needs. We are committed to build and foster accessibility by identifying, removing and preventing customer and employee barriers to our programs and services.

The Saskatchewan WCB has prepared its 2025-2028 multi-year accessibility plan. This plan outlines the organization's goals and actions over the next three years to take meaningful steps to further support accessibility.
